I'm Bonnie Rich, a massage therapist with over 26 years of experience, now rooted in Roanoke after many years in sunny Florida. Through my practice I hold space for women and nonbinary folks to find ease, healing, and a sense of home in their bodies.
My work is grounded in compassion and skill- whether it's easing headaches, supporting trauma survivors as they reconnect with themselves, or nurturing parents-to-be with pregnancy massage that I've specialized in since 2004.
I'm also a Reiki Master, blending gentle energy work with bodywork.
My approach is simple: meet you where you are, and help you feel more at peace there.

Our space was created especially for women and nonbinary folks who need a place to rest, heal, and reconnect with their bodies. Here, appointments are never rushed. Extra time is scheduled between each session so that you're always welcomed without hurry and held with full presence.
